BIOFACH 2024 and DID-IT
Like most Biofach fairs, it was another memorable fair in Nuremberg with great encounters.
Not least because Poppe Braam was not allowed to attend the 2023 edition due to malaria.
The 34e times the international organic fair took place, the first was in Wiesbaden, and still an internationally important trade fair for the organic industry.
There was a Holland Pavilion, (for the first time?) with 16 participants including Symfonio, a DID-IT organic startup, with a line of fonio products under the Solange's cuisine brand.
In addition, there were a total of around 125 Dutch stands, which indicates that we play an important role in trade in the organic market, compared to agricultural land and consumer behavior.
