ALLEBEI at the Mariënwaerdt Estate Fair

Under the slogan: "This man is welcome," ALLEBEI presented itself at the Mariënwaerdt Estate Fair from August 21st to 24th.

The annual fair attracts a wide variety of visitors every year. It's an excellent opportunity to introduce the public to meat from male animals.

Meaning:, the meat from roosters that had an outdoor life in mobile chicken carts instead of being killed by gas,

and Jersey bulls that graze in a herb-rich meadow instead of being used as dog food after a few weeks.

The story of "the man in the pan" makes it clear that a link is missing in the natural cycle of chickens and cattle.

During the conversations, we learned that most people don't realize:

"Eating eggs means that besides the hen, there's also a rooster, and if you drink milk, the cow calf also has a brother, the bull calf." Everyone thinks it's logical that the organic chicken laying eggs also has a rooster for the meat, and that the Jersey female calves are valuable for their milk, but the bull calf also provides exclusive meat.

DIDIT chef Felice served brioches with rooster fillet and bull stew, very well received.

ALLEBEI sells this valuable organic male meat, alongside ALLEBEI eggs, in the organic market through ODIN and other organic stores, as well as for the hospitality industry and canteens through BD-Totaal. For more information: www.allebei.bio
